The Setting:
Vines Park is an old estate that is now run by the city. It has a large garden that is now a public park. The beauty of the flowers and area is probably not what it was in its peak. However, there is still a lot of fun to be had. Plenty of birds were around. A great blue heron was hunting fish, caught one, and flew away. I am guessing the pond is filled with bluegill fish and other species. Turtles wander and swim about. A model train set exists outside and runs on certain weekends. The diversity of bird species was fairly interesting.
